Mr. Talbert has over 30 years of professional experience. His broad background both as an architect and a owner’s representative. He has experience in the real estate development industry as a project executive at a development company and as a manager for one of the world's largest builders/developers. It is this experience outside of the traditional architectural profession that has provided Mr. Talbert with outstanding exposure and a depth of project leadership experience. His hands-on approach to projects, coupled with his excellent management and leadership abilities, ensures that he brings to every project the appropriate mix of mentoring, staffing and design oversight required.

RUSH Oak Park Hospital Medical Office Building Oak Park, Illinois

Principal-in-Charge for a new 5-story, $27,000,000, 140,000-square-foot medical office building including core and shell as well as tenant improvements. As the first new construction project in this established neighborhood since 1978 the project proceeded after a series of sensitive public planning hearings. This challenge was coupled with the need to mix in-patient and out-patient functions to the adjacent bed tower. A resounding success, project has been a literal cornerstone in leading the institution back to profitabil-ity and renewal in the community. Currently Principal-in-Charge of tenant suite build-outs. Project completed while at HLM Design. Project relationships on interior fit out has continued with Proteus Group.
