This project includes a 4,300 sf renovation of space currently housing the Medical Records Department and approximately 9,700 sf of the Existing Emergency department. The Observation Unit consists of (14) Observation Bays, Nurse Station and Support spaces. The Emergency Department consists of Waiting, Registration, Triage Bays, Patient Bays, Nurse Station and Support spaces. The Observation Unit and the ED Renovation was one project completed in two phases. The hospital's patient satisfaction rating increased to 89 upon completion of the renovation.
